TERMS OF USE

-213LED reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

-By using our site, the customer agrees to follow and be bound by our terms and policies.

-ANY AND ALL INFORMATION POSTED ON 213LED IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

-213LED CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DISCREPANCIES ON THE WEBSITE.

-All contents displayed on www.213LED.com can only be downloaded or copied for the customer’s personal use only. No rights are granted to you in any way should you happen to download or copy any content from www.213led.com

-213LED cannot be held responsible for unanticipated and/or unmanageable shipping delays caused by weather and/or courier service interruptions.

-Please consult an expert prior to installing or using any of our products, including those with specific instructions, in order to avoid any damages to any and all property or personal injury.

-213LED cannot be held responsible for any property damage or personal injuries due to defective, misused, altered or incorrectly/improperly installed items sold by us.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

-Your information is not shared with third parties unless we find it necessary in order to complete your order (drop ship). The information shared with a third party will only consist of the recipient’s name and their shipping address.

-Payment information will not be shared with third parties.

-The collected and stored information may consist of:

  • First Names

  • Last Names

  • Billing Addresses

  • Credit/Debit Card Information

  • Bank Account Information (In the event of a wire transfer)

  • Shipping Addresses

  • Email Addresses

  • Telephone Numbers

30-Day Return Policy

-REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR UNDAMAGED OR NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS.

-If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 15 days of the invoice date.

-NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

-ALL SPECIAL-ORDER, CUSTOM BUILT, CLEARANCE, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE IS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND.

-All undamaged and/or non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless they are an exchange for items of equal or greater value.

-Shipping costs are not refundable.

-Customer is responsible for cost of shipping return merchandise back to 213LED.

-All returns MUST be in “like new condition”.

-All returns MUST be pre-approved by 213LED. An RMA code will be issued and either a call-tag will be enabled or a return label will be emailed/faxed to you for return of the merchandise.

-A copy of the assigned RMA form MUST be included in at least one of the returned packages.

-Funds will be returned to the credit/debit card that was used at the time of purchase.

A request for return may be submitted online via the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) link.

 

Defective Merchandise

-All merchandise that is found to be defective must be reported to 213LED within the warranty period for replacement.

-All defective merchandise returns must be pre-approved by 213LED.

-An RMA code will be assigned for the return and inspection of the merchandise. A copy of the assigned RMA form must be included in the returned package containing the defective merchandise.

-Once received, if the merchandise is found/declared to have a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be shipped the following business day. If it is declared that the faultiness of the merchandise is caused by anything other than a manufacturer defect or improper handling by shipping courier, the merchandise that was shipped to replace the “defective” units/merchandise will be charged to the customer’s credit card used to pay for the original order. The “defective” units/merchandise will be held at our location until the cost of shipping back to the customer is covered by the customer.

 

Damaged and/or Missing Merchandise

-Please inspect all packages upon receipt to ensure that all of the ordered merchandise is included and no damaged is present.

-Should you encounter missing or damaged merchandise due to improper packaging or handling during shipping process, please do not refuse the package, you must notify 213LED within 3 business days of receiving the package(s) for replacement of the damaged material.

-An RMA code will be issued and either a call-tag will be enabled or a return label will be emailed/faxed to you for return for the pick-up of the damaged merchandise.

-A copy of the assigned RMA form MUST be included with any and all returned packages.

-Once 213LED has received the merchandise, if the cause of the damage is due to improper packaging or mishandling during shipping process, replacement merchandise will be shipped to you free of charge.

 

Merchandise that is considered undeliverable by our courier or refused by customer

-Any and all packages returned to 213LED will not be processed as returns and/or are not eligible for refunds, credits or exchange.

-213LED will hold unauthorized return packages until customer contacts us to pay for the cost of re-shipping to them.

-Packages that are deemed undeliverable by our courier and returned to our location, due to incorrectly addressed orders (by customer), will be held at our location until customer contacts us to cover the cost for re-shipping to them.

-213LED will not be responsible for any loss or damage to packages during return transit to our location due to “undeliverable” or refused packages.

-213LED will not be responsible for any loss or damage to packages during transit back to customer during re-shipping of “undeliverable” or refused packages. Customer must add warranty to shipping in order to for our courier to cover any damage or loss during transit.

 

Order Modifications

-Should you have the need to modify (add/remove some product) or cancel your order, simply call us at 213-985-2241 and we will gladly assist you.

-Modification of orders that have not been shipped at the time of the customer contacting 213LED, are eligible for modification without additional charges.

 

Order Cancellations

-Cancelation of orders that have not been shipped at the time of the customer contacting 213LED, are subject to a 5% administration fee.

-Cancelation of orders that have already been shipped at the time of the customer contacting 213LED will be treated as returns. Customer must contact 213LED for assignation of an RMA code in order to return the merchandise once they have received it.

-Funds will be returned to the credit/debit card that was used at the time of purchase.

 



PRODUCT WARRANTY

-Please consult an expert prior to installing or using any of our products, including those with specific instructions, in order to avoid any damages to any property or personal injury.

-213led cannot be held liable for any property damage or personal injury due to defective, misused, altered or incorrectly/improperly installed items sold by us.

-213LED WILL NOT WARRANTY ANY PRODUCT THAT IS MISUSED, ALTERED OR INSTALLED INCORRECTLY/IMPROPERLY.

-213LED will match shipping service from original order and cover shipping costs for all products being replaced or repaired under warranty during the warranty period.

-All warranty claims are subject to investigation by our quality control department.

 

Rope Light

-Every spool of rope light is tested for functionality prior to shipping.

-There is a 1 year warranty for properly installed non-working sections and accessories.

-If a properly installed section dies out, a replacement section, along with clear splice connectors and shrink tubes, will be sent out at no charge to the customer.

-In the event of a claim that more than 25% of the spool, or the entire spool, is reported as defective, an RMA will be assigned for the return of the non functional unit in order to have it inspected by our quality control team and determine the cause of the problem.

-Once 213LED has received the defective merchandise and defined the cause, if the cause of the damage is a manufacturing defect, replacement merchandise will be shipped to the customer free of charge.

-If it is deemed that the malfunction is due to an installation error, the merchandise will be held at our location until the customer pays for repairs and/or shipping back to them.

 

LED Strip Light

-There is a 1 year warranty for properly installed non-working sections and accessories.

-If a properly installed section dies out, a splicing kit will be sent out to the customer for repairs free of charge.

-If more than 30% or more of the reel is claimed to not be functioning, an RMA will be assigned to pick up the faulty merchandise for inspection by our quality control department.

-Once 213LED has received the defective merchandise and defined the cause, if the cause of the damage is a manufacturing defect, replacement merchandise will be shipped to the customer free of charge.

-If it is deemed that the malfunction is due to an installation error, the merchandise will be held at our location until the customer pays for repairs and/or shipping back to them.

 

LED Bulbs

-There is a 2 year warranty for properly installed non-working bulbs.

-If after troubleshooting, a bulb is deemed defective, a replacement bulb will be shipped to the customer free of charge.

 

SHIPPING

 

-Items that are “in stock” at the time of purchase will ship no later than three business days after payment has been submitted. This is the time it takes to leave our location and not the transit time.

-We offer UPS as well as USPS shipping services. APOs and FPOs only ship via USPS (Shipping duties and fees will be included on your checkout at time of purchase).

-Rates are based on weight, size as well as your shipping location.

-Available shipping options and costs to your location are calculated during the checkout process of your purchase transaction.

-Shipping insurance is optional.

-Shipping dates and transit times can be subject to changes due to weather and/or shift in courier operations. Please refer to UPS or USPS terms and conditions for more information.

-EXPEDITED SHIPPING (NEXT DAY AIR, 2ND DAY AIR, 3 DAY SELECT) ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 12PM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME IN ORDER TO SHIP THE SAME DAY (NO EXCEPTIONS). ANYTHING LATER WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

-Rush shipping (Rush Orders): For an extra fee of $10 per order, the order in play will be advanced to the front and shipped the same day instead of waiting the normal turnaround time to be processed. THIS PROCESS DOES NOT EXPEDITE THE TRANSIT TIME FROM OUR LOCATION TO YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. ORDER MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 3:30 PM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED AS A RUSH ORDER.

-PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR RUSH SHIPPING. EACH INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT PAGE WILL PROVIDE AVAILABILITY INFORMATION.
